Due to the nature of the products available for purchase being digital products rather than physical products, we cannot accept return requests. Shoppers are responsible for reading the clearly identified compatibility requirements of any of the advertised products prior to making any purchase. Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
